This syllabus aims to equip participants with the skills needed for property valuation of building or land based on real projects using both AutoCAD, Excel and Word. Practical exercises and a final project will reinforce the application of these tools and techniques.

Day 1: Introduction on Property Valuation

Day 2-3: Introduction on Property Valuation

- Discussion on Site Supervision Techniques for Building

- Discussion on Site Supervision Techniques for Land

Day 4-5: Tracing a land Map on AutoCAD for Land / Create a drawing on AutoCAD for Building

• Importing land map
• Creating a site plan & location plan
• Creating a building plan/elevations

Day 6-7: Calculation  Sheet 

• Calculation for valuation amount
• Analyzing for valuation amount
• Discussion on banking rules and regulations for valuation

Day 8-9: Report Writing 

• Prepare a report
• Discussion on Problems occur during report writing

Day 10-11: Documentation 

• Prepare a document for banking submission
• Marking a line in image
• Discussion on Attachement of legal documents

Day 12-14: Final Project, Review, and Q&A

• Submission of projects
