Requirements: 

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

• Strong understanding of state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating backend services.
• Familiarity with native development tools (e.g., Android Studio, Xcode) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Cross-Platform Knowledge: Understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines and platform-specific functionality.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or a portfolio of published apps on Google Play Store/App Store.
